Privacy Information for health consumers

Apollo Medical will collect, store and use information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993 and the Health Information Privacy Code 1994.

All employees are  required to undergo Code of Rights and Health Information Privacy training and refresher training regularly.  They are required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement and restrictions are made on the level of access to information employees are given.
